Bishop Williams is a native of Saint Petersburg, Florida, He began his preaching ministry at the young age of 11 years old. The gift of the ministry was a calling that seemed destined to fall on him. Being the grandson of dynamic preachers and Pastors such as the Late Elder Annie Jones of the COTLG and Reverend Earnest Jones Sr. Emeritus Pastor of Galilee MBC. As well as several aunts and uncles who served in church leadership. From a young age Bishop Williams was trained, set aside and groomed for his walk in ministry by his great aunt the late Reverend Marian Benjamin.
Bishop Williams is a graduate of the historic Jonathan C. Gibbs High School in Saint Petersbrug, Florida. After High School Bishop served his country in the United States Navy. Following the Navy he entered the professional workforce in the Sales and Financial Professional industries. Bishop Williams is gifted at church planting and ministry development. He has helped develop and plant ministries in Virginia Beach , Virginia as well as multiple cities throughout the state of Florida and he currently served as the Senior Pastor of the Church of the Living God in Fort Myers Florida. Bishop Williams has a Masters Degree in Ministry with a concentration in Kingdom Theology. In 2022 Bishop Williams was consecrated into the Bishopric under the hands on Bishop Roy E. Smith and the Kingdom Leadership Alliance.
As he serves in the capacity of Sr. Pastor for the COTLG in FT. Myers, FL Bishop Williams has a keen focus on bringing an effective positive change to the Lee County region through biblical pricinples, the love of Christ and developing a sense of Kingdom collaboration and Christian community for all ages. Thus, restoring hope and unity to the region and rebuilding the desire for fellowship in the faith.
